Kids have their say

By: yourtown 06 Nov 2014 Kids Helpline

Kids Helpline is committed to giving young people the very best service. To help us do that we are asking young people what they think of us.

WE CARE. WE LISTEN.

For the next three months we will be asking young people to give us their feedback by completing a short online survey.

We are a child-centred service which means listening to and respecting what children and young people have to say, focusing on their needs and seeing the world from their perspective.

We are asking for your help to encourage young people to give us feedback. The survey should only take a couple of minutes to complete. It is anonymous and not linked to any other information about the child or young person.

Please share this post with your networks or visit our Facebook page and share information about the survey that way, the more young people we hear from, the better our service will be.

In the 2013 survey, feedback was received from 778 children and young people, 88% felt they been assisted by Kids Helpline and 93.7% agreed that they would recommend Kids Helpline to a friend.

If young people want to talk to someone they can call Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or use email or web counselling services.

We’d love your feedback about the issues facing kids and young people today. Comment below.
