Connect your class with a Kids Helpline counsellor!

Try our early intervention and prevention program facilitated by Kids Helpline counsellors using video conferencing technology and available to all primary schools Australia-wide.

It’s a free educational program to improve student mental health literacy, resilience and help-seeking skills.

All primary schools across Australia can access Kids Helpline @ School – Bupa Wellbeing.

Helping Kids Improve Their Mental Health And Wellbeing

All of our sessions are evidence-based, interactive and fun, and can be personalised for your class!

The Bupa Wellbeing stream covers topics such as developing resilience, bullying, peer and friendship-related issues and transitioning to high school.

Sessions will help students:

  • Improve emotional intelligence
  • Enhance coping strategies and overall wellbeing
  • Develop resilience strategies
  • Improve communication skills in interpersonal relationships

In 2017, over 12,481 students participated in video link-ups with a counsellor.

Topics are aligned with the General Capabilities of the Australian Curriculum and can be tailored to your class.
