- Submission of a wish is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- yourtown reserves the right to remove wishes which are deemed to be offensive or inappropriate in any way (including any objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements).
- All wishes submitted (online or written) become the property of yourtown. As a condition of submitting a wish, you consent to yourtown using the wish in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for marketing purposes. The wishes may be shared and read by the general public, as well as yourtown’s clients and supporters.
