LEADERSHIP. INSPIRATION. IMPACT

With a workforce made up of 73% women and 63% employed in leadership roles, women are making a significant contribution to those we help. They make an impact right across our organisation, with jobs ranging from youth workers and counsellors to trainers, marketers and administrators.

Our very own CEO Tracy Adams has worked tirelessly for our organisation for over 23 years.

We are fortunate to have many staff who have contributed to the organisation for an extended time. Tracy recently joined other senior managers, including GM of Counselling, Wendy Protheroe, to celebrate the five year anniversary of a number of staff including: Natalie Haestier, Training Coordinator; Donelle Berry, Youth Worker; Kristine Fleming, Counselling Operations Manager; Evangeline Goodfellow, Vocational Trainer; and Counselling Team members Renee, Kyra, Carolyn and Alexandra.
