Staff Wellbeing

A number of options for additional support for our staff our available to assist them in maintaining health and wellbeing during this time.

Flu Vaccinations

yourtown staff members are eligible for reimbursement of up to $20 toward flu vaccinations. This involves three easy steps:

  1. Receive your flu vaccination from your preferred GP, Medical Centre or Pharmacy, retaining a copy of your receipt
  2. Complete an Expense Claim Form (available on the Document Portal) and attach your receipt
  3. Email the expense form and receipt through to [email protected]

 

Employee Assistance Program

Personal Counselling, financial counselling and dietary support are all available through yourtown’s Employee Assistance Program, provided by Assure. If you wish to access these services, please call 1800 808 374  or visit assureprograms.com.au.

If you don’t feel the need to access a psychologist for counselling, however would appreciate some assistance in staying positive amidst this time of uncertainty and change, Assure also provide wellbeing coaching, utilising positive psychology principles to help you proactively manage your wellbeing and resilience.
