COVID-19 Safety Plan


In order to keep all staff up to date on the emerging situation, a number of communication strategies have been implemented, including:

  • The centralised COVID-19 page
  • Regular Q&As, emails and videos from the CEO, Tracy Adams
  • Regular teleconferences and Q&As for Managers
  • Posts on yourtown Town Hall on Facebook
  • Posters, information sheets and other materials to display on sites
  • Videos to assist with understanding how to apply social distancing, PPE and other safety specific information
  • Safety Champions in each state are provided with updated information and play a part in disseminating information
  • The COVID-19 Response team monitor Government changes daily and use these to update organisational positions, Q&As
