Meet the Team

Aiesha Williams

Employment Solutiosn Resourcer

My fav thing about my job is the ability to assist someone into an employment opportunity and seeing them reach their goals. When not at work, I like to spend quality time with those important to me, I also like to try new hobbies and foods!

Angela Aquilina

Employment Solutions Partner

When I'm not at work, I like to spend time outdoors. I love hiking and enjoy yearly trips to South Island NZ. My last trip was early 2020 where I completed Routeburn and Greenstone Track for 5 days (approximately 80km).

Courtney Paton

Regional Manager

The thing I love about my job is being able to change young people's lives and see them achieve their goals! When I'm not at work, I like to visit farms, especially ones with cows, and explore our beautiful Queensland backyard with my family.

Emma Eastwood

Job Placement Coach

The thing I love about my job is seeing young people discover their strengths and gain confidence in themselves. It is rewarding to see them gain employment and reach other goals too like getting their P's. My favourite TV show is The Big Bang Theory. No matter how many times I watch it I still laugh. I guess I can be a bit geeky too.

Isalei Morel

Youth Worker - Work Readiness

I am Samoan/Fijian and was born in the beautiful and shaky city of Christchurch, New Zealand. I understand and speak Samoan fluently. My sporting teams are the All Blacks and the Canterbury Crusaders (Rugby Union), while my favourite movie is The Sandlot Kids (from my childhood).

Jake Raymond

Indigenous Employment Coach

My favourite thing about work is seeing our Mob take an opportunity to improve their life through employment and education and having a hand in mentoring them to achieve a goal. My sporting team is the Brisbane Broncos.

Pia Flavell

Job Placement Coach

When I'm not working, you'll find me enjoying some down time with my family, going camping, cooking, and having Harry Potter marathons with the kids - I'm not sure who is the bigger fan, me or the kids!

Take it from people we've helped!

"I've gained more confidence from it. I feel like I've come more out of my shell, around people. I used to be like very introverted when it comes to new people and learning new things."
